The Group was founded in 1929 by the late Karam Chand Thapar, an entrepreneur whose vision laid the foundation for one of India’s leading business conglomerates.
Under the leadership of the late Inder M. Thapar, and subsequently Vikram M. Thapar, the Group has continued to evolve, building on a legacy of excellence.
